2025 NADRA Awards

The homeowners envisioned a private retreat with warmth and light. To achieve proper roof connection and headroom, we lowered the center deck section, transforming a constraint into a design feature. The result is an open-beam porch with flowing transitions, natural light, and detailed border work.
